By Pablo Hanono, October 26, 2026. Over the last year, AI has moved from experiment to everyday tooling in partner programs, and the number of new products has been hard to keep up with. Many of them focus on finding partners, activating them, or running deal and co-sell workflows. At the same time, a good number of established platforms have rebuilt their products around AI. Given the response to my earlier article on the rise of AI-native tools in partnerships, I decided to publish an expanded and updated version of that list. It covers the solutions gaining traction today, from tools with a solid customer base to others that are still in their early stages. To make the list easier to navigate, the tools are grouped into four categories based on the job they do: Partner Discovery, Partner Intelligence, Partner Operations, and Partner Activation. Within each category, vendors appear in alphabetical order. Many of the historical leaders in partnership tooling are also reinventing their products with AI, so each category closes with a short list of established vendors that merit consideration. If you are looking for better tools to run your partnerships motion, this is your read! Pablo Hanono Books of the Channel Solutions in this category use AI to find, qualify and approach potential partners, reducing reliance on manual research and personal networks with a repeatable acquisition motion. They answer the question of who to partner with before an agreement exists. AffiliateFinder.ai Founder: Jamie I.F. | https://affiliatefinder.ai/ What is it? An AI platform that finds creators and affiliates already promoting brands like yours. What's it for? Recruiting affiliate and creator partners without relying on manual research or inbound interest. Best for: Founders, direct-to-consumer brands, agencies, and in-house affiliate or partnership managers who recruit affiliates. Key differentiator: It focuses on affiliates and creators who already promote brands like yours, rather than on general partner sourcing. Bonobee Founder: Elena Zap. | https://bonobee.ai/ What is it? A discovery, matching, and verification platform for the agentic AI market, where AI agent vendors, infrastructure providers, and implementation agencies are indexed and matched with each other and with B2B buyers. What’s it for? Letting vendors find verified implementation partners, helping agencies get found by vendors and buyers, and letting buyers evaluate a vendor and its implementation partner together. Best for: AI agent vendors, infrastructure providers, and implementation agencies that want to recruit or be recruited, and the B2B buyers who evaluate them. Key differentiator: Every profile is reviewed by Bonobee’s team against deployment history and compliance before it goes live, and matches are ranked by framework, vertical, and compliance fit, not by who paid. Paai Founder: Delya Jansen | https://thepaai.com/ What is it? An AI platform that finds, qualifies and onboards new partners for a company, working from the goals the company sets. What’s it for? Replacing the manual research and outreach behind partner recruitment, from identifying candidate partners to bringing the selected ones into the program. Best for: Tech and services companies that need new partners but have no dedicated partner team to recruit them. Key differentiator: The company defines the goals and Paai runs the remaining steps of the process, so recruitment does not depend on a person managing each stage. PartnerMatch AI™ Founder: Gregory Unruh | https://partnermatch.ai/ What is it? An AI assessment that identifies the partner types and companies most likely to drive revenue for a company and scores its readiness for partnerships, from a short intake with no integrations. What’s it for? Deciding which partners to pursue first, with prioritized revenue and ecosystem targets and a 90-day activation plan, and whether the company is ready to launch or fix a partner program. Best for: Founders, GTM leaders, partner managers, and consultants deciding which partnerships are worth pursuing, in any industry. Key differentiator: Rather than helping run partnerships, it helps decide which ones to pursue in the first place, and it needs no integrations or data uploads. Partnerss Founder: Clinton Senkow | https://partnerss.co/ What is it? A partner acquisition service that finds partner companies, builds the joint play and runs the outreach. What's it for? Launching a partner motion quickly, from research to a joint play and outreach. Best for: B2B companies that want to start a partnership motion without building it in-house. Key differentiator: The client takes the meetings and closes the deals, while Partnerss does the finding and outreach. Souk Founder: Leo Crowe | https://joinsouk.com/ What is it? An AI partnerships manager that finds partners, activates them, and handles the agreements, attribution and payouts that follow. What’s it for? Recruiting referral and affiliate partners, agreeing terms with them, attributing results to each partner and paying them accordingly. Best for: Companies that want to run referral and affiliate partnerships end to end, from recruiting the partner to paying them. Key differentiator: It covers the full partner cycle, from finding partners to paying them, in one AI-driven workflow instead of separate tools for each stage. U4IA Founder: Blake Williams | https://u4ia.ai/ What is it? A platform that turns customer acquisition into a programmable rail, using the relationships people already have. What's it for? Turning introductions from people in a network into pipeline, with payouts to the people who make them. Best for: Revenue, partnership and demand-generation leaders, such as CROs, VPs of Partnerships and CMOs, and the people in their networks who make introductions. Key differentiator: Incentives reach the individuals who make introductions, not only the company. Several long-standing platforms have added AI to how partners are found and recruited. impact.com unveiled a Recruitment Agent that identifies, qualifies and onboards prospective partners while brands keep approval controls. Partnerize acquired Konnecto to bring AI tools for partner recruitment, partner selection and competitor analysis into its platform, and PartnerStack added AI Matches to its Discovery Tool, which ranks potential partners by fit and recommends them to the brand. These tools turn partner data and signals into decisions: which partners to prioritize, which to fix, which to stop funding, and where a program is ready to grow. ChannelPROS™ Founder: Harald Horgen | https://www.channelpros.ai/ What is it? A partner revenue operating system for ISVs. It scores and classifies partners, then runs the day-to-day program, from account mapping to MDF and attribution. What’s it for? Finding partners with net-new revenue potential, turning them into committed plans, and tracking the investment and credit behind them. Best for: Software vendors whose channel, RevOps, finance, and sales leaders need one shared number for partner-driven growth. Key differentiator: It scores partners by the customers they already hold, then carries the same list into registration, MDF, and attribution, so analysis and execution share one record. GTM Fabric Founder: Scott Smyth | https://gtmfabric.ai/ What is it? An ecosystem intelligence company for partner-led growth that scores accounts by propensity to buy. What's it for? Telling partners where to focus, with account briefs and engagement strategies for each partner, play and account. Best for: Companies running partner-led growth that want prioritized account lists for their partners. Key differentiator: Every scored account comes with partner-specific briefs, and the model combines curated partner data with agentic AI. haloplane Founders: Ryan Vankessel and Craig Gleason | https://haloplane.ai/ What is it? A platform that scores the maturity of a company’s partner business for each partner type, then turns the result into a 12-month roadmap and a live dashboard. What’s it for? Supporting partner decisions, from which type of partner business to build and which companies to recruit, to how much to invest and whether to scale, hold, or stop a partnership. Best for: Founders and executives of software and AI companies building an early partner motion, including those pursuing cloud marketplace traction. Key differentiator: It starts from a quarterly re-scored maturity assessment of the company’s own partner business and ends in a roadmap, joint business plan starting points, and an AI assistant on top of the dashboard. heyBTW Founder: Ben Roodman | https://heybtw.com/ What is it? A platform that helps B2B teams prove which co-marketing events and partners drive pipeline, sitting on top of their event tools and CRM. What’s it for? Matching event attendees against CRM accounts, building attendee lists with partners, and measuring the pipeline each partner event sources or accelerates. Best for: Partner marketers, event and field marketers, and DevRel and community teams that run co-marketing events. Key differentiator: It builds a relationship graph from partner collaborations, so credit is tracked by event and by partner, with each company keeping control of its own data. Otters.ai Founder: 🦦 Patrick Hosch 🦦 | https://www.otters.ai/ What is it? A partner collaboration platform where vendors and partners work from shared mutual action plans, with deal tracking, market development funds, and AI insights on partner health. What’s it for? Giving partner teams one shared view of plans, deals, and funds, and warning them when a partner’s engagement starts to drop. Best for: Partner managers, alliance leaders, ecosystem leads, and partnership operations teams. Key differentiator: Vendor and partner see the same plan, goals, and progress, and an AI Hub lets teams query and update the program from assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. Parceiro Founder: Stephen Ceplenski | https://parceiro.biz/ What is it? An AI advisor that diagnoses a B2B SaaS company’s partner ecosystem against a maturity model and produces the documents needed to fix it. What’s it for? Scoring the ecosystem across six dimensions, recommending what to fix and in what order, and generating customized program deliverables the company owns. Best for: Revenue and partnership leaders at B2B SaaS companies. Key differentiator: It is built on a proprietary knowledge base of codified program builds and goes beyond the score to produce the deliverables themselves. PartnerFitScore Founder: Mike Bray | https://www.partnerfitscore.com/ What is it? A decision layer on top of a company’s CRM that scores partners on fit, performance, and momentum and recommends what to do with each one. What’s it for? Deciding where to put partner time, budget, and executive attention, with playbooks, meeting briefs, and investment analysis for the partners that matter most. Best for: Partnership teams managing a growing partner portfolio in HubSpot, Salesforce, or spreadsheets. Key differentiator: Its scoring is transparent, showing the inputs and how much data supports each score, and it writes priorities and recommended actions back into the CRM record. PartnerNow Founder: Eran Rosenblum | https://www.partner-now.com/ What is it? A partnership strategy firm that redesigns partner programs for an AI-first, outcome-based ecosystem and runs them on Helio, its platform for scoring and tracking program maturity. What’s it for? Baselining a partner program across six dimensions, redesigning the motions that fall short, and tracking partner-sourced pipeline on a live command center. Best for: B2B SaaS and cybersecurity companies that want a redesigned program, not only software. Key differentiator: It pairs operator-led program design with a platform that starts from an instant maturity baseline and is deployed inside the client’s existing CRM and PRM. QuarqAI Founder: Chris Messina | https://quarq.ai/ What is it? A platform that helps B2B software teams find which partners can help them reach a target account, check the evidence behind each relationship and assign the next move. What’s it for? Mapping a target account to the partners that may be able to help, separating what is confirmed from what is assumed, and weighing each partner’s booked revenue, open deals and direct costs to decide where to spend time. Best for: Sales and partnership teams at B2B software companies that want to use their partner relationships on specific target accounts. Key differentiator: It starts from the target account rather than the partner list, keeps the evidence behind each relationship apart from what is assumed, and lets each side control how much account information is shared. Zugit Founder: Naomi Dreifuss | https://www.zugit.com/ What is it? A commercial intelligence platform that connects a company’s CRM records, account relationships, and sales-process context to expose revenue gaps, wasted investment, and data that cannot be trusted. What’s it for? Showing where pipeline and partner investment pay off, which gaps in the data and the process deserve attention first, and turning those findings into operating workflows. Best for: Enterprise sales, revenue operations, and partnership teams at B2B companies with complex commercial data. Key differentiator: It starts by exposing gaps in the data and the process before trusting reported numbers, then embeds the resulting intelligence in the company’s own infrastructure. Two historical names in ecosystem data have also moved toward AI. WorkSpan launched WorkSpan AI with dedicated agents that represent each partnership inside the seller’s CRM and answer questions about a partner’s role in a specific deal. Crossbeam , which combined with Reveal in 2024, has said its network of more than 25,000 companies will serve as a source of ecosystem data for the AI systems go-to-market teams use, and that it plans to build its own AI-driven products on top of it. Partner relationship management (PRM) platforms and the operations tools around them, which run the day-to-day work of a partner program, from onboarding and training to deal registration, co-sell, marketplace transactions, incentives and reporting. This is where the traditional PRM category is being rebuilt around AI, with new entrants alongside established vendors. Airstride Founder: Hugo Rawlinson | https://www.airstride.ai/ What is it? A PRM for modern CRMs with two sides: a platform for vendors to run their partner program, and Capture, which automates deal registration and rebate claims for resellers and MSPs. What’s it for? Running a vendor’s partner program from recruitment and onboarding through deal registration, incentives and payouts, and, on the partner side, registering deals and claiming rebates across vendors without manual portal work. Best for: Vendors running partner programs on HubSpot or Salesforce, and resellers and MSPs that claim incentives from several vendors. Key differentiator: It covers both sides of the channel, with a vendor-side PRM and a partner-side tool that registers deals and claims rebates in any vendor’s portal from one read-only CRM connection. Channel Force RXOS™ Founder: Craig Booth | https://www.channel-force.com/ What is it? An AI-powered Revenue Execution Operating System for partner revenue, built on the Structured Performance Partnering methodology and delivered with consulting and training. What’s it for? Planning partner revenue backwards from the target, running structured execution through sales plays, and tracking performance at the seller level, with AI recommendations to adjust the plan. Best for: Channel organizations that want to manage partner execution and active sellers, not only partner enablement. Key differentiator: It positions itself as the layer that produces partner revenue on top of the CRM and PRM, working backwards from the revenue goal to the sellers, accounts and activities needed to reach it. Channlworks Founder: Anuj Joshi | https://channlworks.ai/ What is it? An alliance intelligence and PRM platform that covers the partner lifecycle, from AI-driven partner discovery through onboarding, co-selling and program scaling. What’s it for? Finding high-potential partners with natural-language search (Genie AI), then onboarding, tiering and co-selling with them, and tracking results through analytics and a mobile app. Best for: ISVs and SaaS vendors building global partner ecosystems of VARs, MSPs, GSIs and distributors. Key differentiator: It combines AI partner discovery and AI agents, such as Agent Dash for questions across deals, partners and products, with day-to-day PRM in one platform. Euler Founder: Greg Portnoy | https://eulerhq.com/ What is it? An AI-native, agentic Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software and operating system designed for B2B SaaS companies. What’s it for? Running the partner lifecycle, from recruitment to rewards, across referral, reseller, affiliate, co-sell and hyperscaler partners in one system. Best for: Partner, channel and ecosystem teams that want to replace manual partner operations. Key differentiator: Its versatility and native AI functions opened early doors, and Euler now powers some of the newest and most visible programs, including the SpaceX Super Intelligence Partner Network and the Claude Partner Network. Fours (formerly Suger) Founder: Jon Yoo | https://fours.com/ What is it? An infrastructure platform for indirect revenue that connects cloud marketplace, co-sell and partner program work, including a PRM, across a company’s CRM, partner systems and marketplaces. What’s it for? Running marketplace listings, offers and billing, co-selling with hyperscalers, and managing partner programs from onboarding and deal registration to commission payments. Best for: Software companies (ISVs) that sell through cloud marketplaces and partners and want that revenue managed in one system. Key differentiator: It connects partner activity, deal execution and financial outcomes in one record, so teams can see what each partner contributes from first signal to recognized revenue. Introw Founder: Andreas Geamanu | https://www.introw.com/ What is it? A PRM with a no-code partner portal, deal registration, onboarding and training, commissions and AI agents, synced both ways with the CRM. What’s it for? Running a partner program inside the CRM and letting partners work from Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, for example to register a deal or prepare a QBR. Best for: B2B companies running reseller, referral, affiliate, distributor and integrator programs on HubSpot or Salesforce. Key differentiator: Partners and internal teams can work from the chat tools and AI assistants they already use, through AI agents and an MCP server, rather than only through a portal. Introzy Founder: Kevin Chern | https://introzy.com/ What is it? Referral tracking and partner management software that records introductions from partners, attributes the resulting deals, and calculates and tracks commission payouts. What’s it for? Tracking each referral from introduction to closed deal and payout, with a partner portal where referrers can see the status of what they sent. Best for: Organizations that run referral programs, such as law firms, MSPs and IT firms, nonprofits, agencies, chambers and associations. Key differentiator: Kai, an AI assistant, scores new introductions against past wins, drafts follow-ups and flags payout mismatches, and sends nothing without the user’s approval. Journeybee Founder: Fredrik Mellander | https://journeybee.io/ What is it? A PRM with personalised partner portals, onboarding, deal registration, co-sell, training and partner marketing, synced both ways with the CRM. What’s it for? Running programs that mix partner types, such as referral, reseller, distributor, OEM, affiliate and integrator partners, and keeping partners engaged inside Slack, Teams or Google Chat. Best for: Vendors with multi-channel partner ecosystems that need one portal and a flexible data model across partner types, including those with strict data residency requirements. Key differentiator: It works with several CRMs, including Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio, through a custom data model, and can be deployed inside the customer’s own infrastructure. Pandium Founder: Cristina Flaschen | https://www.pandium.com/ What is it? An embedded integration platform (iPaaS) for B2B SaaS companies, where engineering teams write integration code in their own repositories and Pandium runs the infrastructure for authentication, hosting and monitoring. What’s it for? Launching and managing native integrations with technology partners, with an in-app marketplace where customers install them and analytics on which integrations customers use. Best for: B2B SaaS companies whose partnership, product and engineering teams build integrations with technology partners. Key differentiator: It is code-first, so teams keep full control of integration code in any language, and its install and usage analytics let partnership teams see which integrations customers adopt. Partner.io Founder: Callum Mckeefery | https://www.partner.io/ What is it? A PRM for lean partner teams, with a branded partner portal, lead and deal registration, commissions and payouts, training and automation, synced to the CRM. What’s it for? Running referral, reseller, agency, technology and affiliate programs side by side, from recruitment and onboarding to commission payouts and partner training, with the option to operate the program from AI assistants such as Claude through an MCP server. Best for: Vendors with small partner teams that run referral, reseller, agency or affiliate programs on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce. Key differentiator: Deal Surround ranks the partners most likely to have a relationship at a target account, and an AI course builder drafts partner training and certification. PartnerAssistant.ai Founder: Latif Hamlani | https://www.partnerassistant.ai/ What is it? An AI layer that unifies CRM, PRM, MDF and marketplace data into one channel dashboard and recommends or automates actions on top of it. What’s it for? Onboarding partners with tailored enablement paths, tracking certifications and incentives, scoring partners and alerting teams to partners at risk, with revenue attributed by partner. Best for: Channel teams at B2B vendors, such as SaaS, cloud ISV and manufacturing companies, that manage partners across several types, tiers or regions. Key differentiator: It runs on a private LLM deployed in the customer’s own environment, and its automated actions have guardrails and approval workflows that the team controls. PartneRite™ Founder: Archana Vadya | https://www.partnerite.co/ What is it? A partner ecosystem orchestration platform for enterprise B2B channels, where several partners work from a shared catalog and pricing for joint offerings, quote together and settle revenue among themselves. What’s it for? Co-selling multi-partner products and solutions, from the shared catalog and quote through to tracking each transaction and the revenue owed to each partner. Best for: Enterprise B2B vendors and their partners that sell joint offerings and need to coordinate quoting and revenue settlement across several companies. Key differentiator: It focuses on the partner-to-partner side of co-sell, covering catalog, quote and settlement in one flow, with a rules engine that keeps offers and partner engagement compliant. Sharkdom™ Founder: Sahil Sharma | https://www.sharkdom.com/ What is it? A partner management platform for B2B SaaS companies with three AI agents for partner discovery, shared-account mapping and partner training, plus a marketplace of partner profiles. What’s it for? Finding and qualifying partners, mapping shared accounts with them, building partner training from product documentation, and tracking co-sell and partner-sourced revenue in one workspace synced to the CRM. Best for: Partnership, go-to-market and sales teams at B2B SaaS companies, including those running integration, co-sell, reseller and channel programs. Key differentiator: Its AI agents are specialized by task: Dweep scouts partners from LinkedIn and cloud marketplaces, Cosmo maps shared accounts, and Atlas turns product documentation into partner courses. Established PRM and channel platforms have been among the first to add AI to the core workflow. Impartner Software introduced Aimi, an AI engine inside its platform that creates records from text or voice, including custom deal registration flows, and acts as an assistant over the asset library. ZINFI Technologies, Inc. announced ZINFI.AI, a knowledge base for partner orchestration whose recommendations are reviewed against expert judgment, and Magentrix Partner Management released Wizard Agent, which runs on its own MCP server and carries out tasks in the partner portal, such as updating records or enrolling users in training, using the permissions of the signed-in user. Mindmatrix launched BridgeAI, applying machine learning and generative AI to partner support, content creation and insights on partner performance and deal progress. Salesforce deployed Agentforce for Partner Community, an agent that answers partner questions using records such as tier, scorecard and certifications, though it has presented this as its own deployment rather than a product for other companies. Solutions in this category turn signed partners into active producers, using AI to help partners run campaigns and partner marketing at scale, follow through on joint plans and stay engaged, and to support the partner managers responsible for them. These tools answer the question on how to get partners to take action. Demandvector Founders: Claudio Ayub and Chris Haugner | https://www.demandvector.com/ What is it? A through-channel marketing and demand automation platform that builds each partner’s campaigns from the brand’s approved content and the partner’s own services and evidence, in brand-led, partner-led or alliance-led models. What’s it for? Running partner-led go-to-market campaigns, from audience discovery and enrichment to email and LinkedIn sequences and follow-up, with leads routed back to the brand. Best for: Brands, partners and alliances that run partner-led go-to-market, including B2B SaaS vendors, MSPs, equipment dealers, insurance carriers and agencies, and marketplaces. Key differentiator: Each campaign combines the brand’s governed positioning with the partner’s own market evidence and runs through the partner’s CRM and prospect sources. Maven Edge AI™ Founder: Heather K. Margolis | https://mavenedgeai.com/ What is it? An agentic channel account manager from ChannelMaven that onboards partners by conversation, builds their go-to-market plan and runs approved campaigns on their behalf. What’s it for? Activating the long tail of partners that human channel managers cannot reach, while giving the channel team approval queues, autonomy settings and visibility into partner scores and execution. Best for: Technology vendors, such as SaaS, cloud, IT, and MSP and VAR ecosystems, with partners to activate beyond the top tier. Key differentiator: The agent works at a level of autonomy the vendor sets per partner and action (observer, assisted or autonomous), with approval queues, budget limits and an audit trail. PartnerBOT.ai Founders: John McCabe & Jeff Lennon | https://partnerbot.ai/ What is it? An AI chat assistant for channel and partner managers, with a library of templates and generators for QBRs, partner playbooks and joint value stories. What’s it for? Answering everyday channel questions on tiers, deal registration, MDF, co-sell and onboarding, and producing first drafts of documents such as scorecards, MDF plans, QBR outlines and partner playbooks. Best for: Channel and partner managers, and the leaders who oversee them. Key differentiator: It pairs a chat assistant with templates and generators built from the founders’ own partner programs, and it works from the first question, without loading program documents or connecting any system. PartnerOS Founder: Nelson Wang | https://www.partneros.ai/ What is it? An AI operating system for partnerships, with agents for partner recruitment, strategy, enablement, operations and marketing, connected to the company’s CRM. What’s it for? Building and enriching a list of prospective partners against an Ideal Partner Profile, scoring them and personalizing outreach, drafting a partner strategy, and capturing meeting commitments and progress summaries. Best for: Partner teams at B2B companies, particularly those selling AI products. Key differentiator: It starts from the company’s Ideal Partner Profile, which it uses to score prospects and personalize outreach, and carries that same CRM-connected data into strategy, meeting capture and ongoing partner management. Partnership Mastermind Founder: Chris Lavoie, PhD | https://partnershipmastermind.com/ What is it? A professional platform for partnership operators, including Mastermind Intelligence, an AI agent that works in Slack and, through MCP, in Claude and ChatGPT. What’s it for? Getting practical guidance on everyday partnership decisions, such as prioritizing partners, qualifying a referral or preparing a QBR, alongside templates, practitioner clinics and introductions to peers. Best for: Partnership managers and operators, mainly at B2B SaaS companies, who want peer input and guidance rather than software that runs their program. Key differentiator: It pairs an AI agent with a practitioner community, so guidance on a partnership decision comes together with peer introductions, frameworks and templates. Channel marketing specialists have followed the same path. Structured rebranded in 2025 and introduced an AI-first channel marketing platform that, according to the company, includes more than 20 specialized AI agents, while Unifyr , formerly Zift Solutions, has said it is building AI agents for partner engagement, deal acceleration and channel marketing. DISCLAIMER: This is not an exhaustive list, and I am sure I have missed some tools that belong here or misrepresented some of the ones included… so, if you know of one, mention it in the comments and I will get it added/corrected in the article.
