Why should you read it?
I wrote the book that I wish existed when I was starting out in partnerships. Most partnership books focus on ecosystem strategy, partner programs, channel frameworks, or vendor best practices. What I found missing was a deeper examination of why partnership initiatives fail even when companies follow the accepted playbook. This one looks at the structural side of ecosystems: readiness, operating models, incentives, sales alignment, partner maturity, and the changing economics of channel in the age of AI. Instead of asking "How do I build a partnership program?" it asks "Why do some ecosystems create leverage while others don't?"
